Method 1. Open an iTunes Store Account with an iTunes Gift Card
iTunes Gift Card is one of the most popular Apple products related gifts, whether for birthdays, holidays, or any other occasion. Method 3. Open an iTunes Account without Credit Card on Your PC
Step 1. Download iTunes and Install it on your PC.
Step 2. Open iTunes, click the iTunes Store link on the left side of the iTunes window, pick your country by choosing the appropriate country flag located in the bottom-right corner of the main iTunes Store page. Then hit the App Store link on the top navigation bar.
Step 3. Before proceeding to the next step, you must download and install a free app - scroll down to the Top Free Apps box on the right side, hover your mouse over the first item, and click on the Free button that appears when you hover over it.
Step 4. In the pop-up window, click Create New Account. Then you will be directed to the "Welcome to the iTunes Store" screen, press Continue to create your account.
Step 5. You'll need to read and agree to the iTunes Store Terms & Conditions. Make sure you check the nearby box where it says "I have read and agree to the iTunes Terms and Conditions". Then click Continue.
Step 6. Enter your email address, password, security question, and date of birth, and uncheck the boxes to get email if you don’t want it… then click Continue.
Step 7. Select None as the payment method option.
Step 8. Simply enter your normal billing address, even though you have not entered a payment method. If you get the Address Verification screen, click Done and then check your email for a verification email from iTunes Store.
Step 9. Open the email and click the link enclosed in the email to activate your account. At this time, iTunes will launch and you’re prompted to enter in the Apple ID and Password you just created.
Step 10. You'll then see the below "Congratulations" screen. Click Done to be taken to the App Store home page.
